Role Overview: The position of Accounts Receivable Collector requires a highly skilled professional to provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. The AR Collector will be responsible for servicing USA monitoring and maintained accounts, with diverse activities including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos and refunds. The role also involves providing top-notch customer service on accounts receivables issues. Main Responsibilities : Prepare billing statements and invoices for customer purchases, recording transaction date, price, and fees accurately to ensure data integrity. Generate AR reports by cost centers to keep sales forces informed about current account status Timely reconcile accounts and send remittances to the cash receipts department Maintain accurate records of payment status; issue payment commitment letters; notify customers of soft hold/credit hold notifications; recommend debt write-offs when necessary Required Skills & Qualifications : lBachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.Three years' experience with understanding of the accounts receivable function are required;Ability to apply knowledge & skills effectively in multiple tasks assignments,We are seeking candidates who possess advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at an intermediate level); High technical aptitude strong SAP platform usage.
