Suntory Global Spirits is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day.What makes this a great opportunity?Gestión del recurso humano dentro de la operación de Agave Role Responsibilities1.Reclutamiento de personal a nivel operativo y administrativo.* 2.Selección de personal a nivel operativo y administrativo.* 3.Contratación de personal a nivel operativo y administrativo.* 4.Recepción de documentación de personal de nuevo ingreso y armado de expedientes. 5.Envío de altas de personal al Generalista de Recursos Humanos. 6.Elaboración de incidencias de la zona y envío al Generalista de Recursos Humanos Agave Sr.* 7.Apoyo en capacitación y entrenamiento.* 8.Control, registro y elaboración de reportes para asistencia de los biométricos.* 9.Elaboración de reportes que justifiquen los NO registros de los biométricos. 10.Seguimiento de información de KPI´s de todo el personal de la región.
