You'll oversee virtual assistants, review maintenance spend, and ensure remains the single source of truth. Your work directly supports scalable growth, operational excellence, and a better experience for both guests and internal teams. Responsibilities include: Manage and audit a pod of Virtual Assistants to ensure strict KPI adherence and 15-minute response times Resolve the majority of daily operational issues and maintenance escalations without CEO involvement Review and approve regional maintenance quotes and invoices to control costs Build and maintain a vendor bench of reliable backup contractors in each market Design and manage a quarterly preventive maintenance calendar to reduce emergency repairs Identify, propose, and implement at least one major process or workflow improvement per quarter Optimize and maintain boards, automations, and SOPs Lead a live virtual operations "command center" Wednesday through Sunday Enforce on-camera collaboration and TimeDoctor tracking during all shift hours Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across all operational systems Requirements and Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in property management in hospitality or short-term rentals Process-driven mindset with experience building and improving SOPs Excellent written and spoken English for guest and vendor communication Comfortable working on-camera in a fully remote environment Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday (weekends required) Ability to start part-time (20–25 hours/week) with flexibility to grow into full-time About the Hiring Company: Our client operates a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties across multiple regions.
