Trucking Operations Specialist (Planning & Dispatch) Location Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.S. clients) Work Schedule: Rotating night shift coverage with extended shifts. Salary & Benefits Direct/Contractor (MXN): $22,000 – $28,000 MXN net benefits We’re Hiring: We are looking for a hands-on Trucking Operations Specialist to support a defined customer base and ensure best-in-class service execution during critical operational hours. This is a customer-facing, operations-heavy role requiring strong judgment, autonomy, and real-world trucking experience. This position goes beyond traditional customer service — it plays a key role in load execution, operational problem-solving, and service recovery , especially during low-coverage hours. What You’ll Do Serve as the front-line point of contact for assigned customer accounts Review, accept, and decline loads based on operational feasibility Enter accepted loads and schedule pick-up and delivery appointments across systems Actively track and trace loads , ensuring on-time service Communicate service interruptions proactively and professionally Identify operational issues and coordinate solutions with planners, fleet managers, and leadership Support load planning and communicate changes to drivers and internal teams Manage trailer pools, drop trailers, and overall trailer activity for assigned accounts Maintain accurate directions and account-specific requirements Assess service performance and customer satisfaction Step in as operational support where needed to meet customer service goals What Makes This Role Different This is not a traditional CSR role . The service team operates as a jack-of-all-trades , covering: Customer Account Management Load Planning Support Trailer Pool Management Float / Area Planning You’ll be trusted to make decisions, prioritize work independently, and manage complex operational scenarios when staffing is lean.
