Your JobMolex is seeking anHR Generalistto support our operations. The HR Generalist will apply business knowledge and human resources expertise to provide a wide range of HR support and guidance, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, administration, and HR best practices, while fostering a positive relationship with employees and supervisors.Our TeamYou will be part of an HR team focused on operational HR delivery and the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with supervisors and employees on the floor to ensure consistent execution of HR processes, alignment with policies, and a strong, culture‑aligned employee experience.What You Will DoAccelerate our company culture through the application of Principle Based Management™ in HR processes and relationship building with supervisors and employees. Focus on operational HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. Maintain HR KPI reports and analyze data to define actions for continuous improvement. Update and maintain employee communication sources. Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support supervisors with disciplinary processes, attrition, and attendance issues. Support floor supervisors with guidance related to company policies, collective agreements, and internal work regulations. Maintain and review employees’ data in HR admin systems, ensuring accuracy for daily processes such as payroll. Serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR questions. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment. Continuous transformation mindset. Knowledge and interpretation of labor laws. Willingness to provide and receive respectful feedback. Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted partnerships. Experience managing HR ERPs. Good judgment, strong business acumen, decision quality, perspective, and problem‑solving skills. Advanced conversational English.
