Overview Mx Acceleration Center - Core SAP BASIS Technical Lead (Hands-On Experience) Minimum Years of Experience: 10 - 12 year(s) Location: Mexico City - Onsite Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Architecture Design: Lead the design and blueprinting of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy. Implementation Leadership: Oversee the implementation and integration of SAP S/4HANA modules, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Cloud Migration Expertise: Lead the team for migration of SAP systems to cloud, Conversion of ECC to S/4HANA Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical insight into SAP S/4HANA conversions, migrations of systems and supporting the SAP migrations Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Advocate for best practices in SAP architecture and stay updated on the latest SAP features and technologies to enhance system performance and value. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 10 - 12 years of SAP BASIS experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementation project, Lift/Shift, OS/DB migration project experience of HANA system Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success as a SAP on Cloud Architect with at least 2 end to end life cycle implementation of SAP S/4 HANA project on premise and on Cloud IaaS hosting (Azure, AWS, GCP) Ability to develop a SAP S/4HANA Technical Architecture and Cloud Hosting Strategy in a hybrid IT landscape Experience in designing all aspects of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture including Compute, Storage, network, High Availability, Disaster recovery and monitoring for application and database Hands on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA System Conversion, Heterogeneous migrations for ABAP & JAVA Hands on experience with SAP workload Lift/Shift, OS-DB migration to Cloud Hands on experience in upgrading component like ECC, BW, GRC, Portal, PO, BO, BODS etc. Hands on experience in Installation and technical configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW, PO, Portal, BO, BODS, SAP CPI, Cloud connector, Solution Manager, Data hub solutions within Major Cloud IaaS platforms HANA, Sybase database installation/administration experience with troubleshooting and optimization. Demonstrating proven thorough ability to utilize effectively written, verbal, and presentation business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with clients. Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues Good hands-on experience on all Unix flavors and Windows SAP Certified in C_TADM70_19 , E_S4CON_2505 Roles / Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Basis Team for end-to-end delivery Work with Client and design the overall solution. Understand client requirements, provide solutions and implement technical components accordingly. Ability to create Technical Documents and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented. Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant and play key role in implementations from Blue print to Go-Live In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation: Unit Testing, Integration Testing , Performance Testing User Support activities Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies Regularly interact with the onsite team/client Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in implementations from Blue print to Go-Live Should be open to work in different shifts and travel as per requirement.
