Role : Virtual Desktop Infrastructure AutomationLocation : Guadalajara ( Onsite ) Years of Experience : 5+ YearsKey Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes usingPowerShell. Manage and query databases usingSQLfor reporting and analytics. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reportsin Power BI. Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation. Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure,AWS) when needed. Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience with PowerShell scripting. Strong proficiency inSQLand database concepts. Hands-on experience withPower BI dashboard/report creation. Knowledge of Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) is highly desirable. Understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration concepts. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience in IT automation tools and workflow orchestration. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.
