Leading manufacturing company is looking for their HR Generalist to ensure that the HR department manages and executes plans related to personnel, their well-being, and development. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in a similar position in Human Resources. Previous experience managing labor union relations. Strong knowledge in EHS is a must. Knowledge in any Talent Management System. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel. In-depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations, and Mexican labor laws. Main Tasks: Execute administrative personnel incidents to ensure biweekly payroll is processed accurately and on time. Manage HR plans, policies, and procedures for all company employees. Carry out employee onboarding and registration in the ERP system. Coordinate employee training, ensuring employees have the necessary tools to perform their roles effectively. Manage and execute the annual training plan and identify training needs. Ensure the implementation of employee feedback, development, and career plans. Maintain the system up to date to ensure information is complete and accurate. Administer Workforce Dimensions to ensure proper payroll incident reporting. . Benefits: Above law.
