The Role We’re hiring a Driver Engagement Specialist to recruit, onboard, and support our delivery drivers across U.S. markets. This is a fully remote role working U.S. business hours, sitting at the intersection of recruitment, onboarding, and operations. You’ll own the driver pipeline end-to-end and work closely with Operations, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to ensure reliable driver supply and performance.
