Role : Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Automation Location : Guadalajara ( Onsite ) Years of Experience : 5 Years Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using PowerShell . Manage and query databases using SQL for reporting and analytics. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation. Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS ) when needed. Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience with P owerShell scriptin g. Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts. Hands-on experience with Power BI dashbo ard/report creation. Knowledge of Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) is highly desirable. Understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration concepts. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience in IT automation tools and workflow orchestration. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.
