Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and manufacturing processes Manage and lead improvement projects across departments Analyze data and monitor KPIs (Cost per Unit, Hours per Unit, Scrap, FPY%, Downtime, etc.) Define and optimize scorecards to improve reporting productivity Implement Visual Factory Management for operational excellence Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools in daily operations Deliver training sessions at different organizational levels Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Drive change management initiatives to support cultural transformation Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields 10 years of experience in the Metal Mechanic industry in Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Manufacturing roles Fluent in English Strong background in statistical methods: control charts, MSA, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, DOE, RedX Technical expertise in Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Problem Solving, CCF, MMF) Advanced statistical analysis using Minitab, JMP, or similar software Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent) Soft skills: problem-solving, leadership, influence, effective communication, results orientation, time management, frustration management during cultural change Preferred: experience in HVAC or Refrigeration industry Desirable: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
