About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive with proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, focused on managing the full sales cycle , generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, execute consultative sales strategies, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Generate new business (new logos). Manage and grow an existing portfolio through upsell and cross-sell . Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Execute consultative selling strategies aligned with customer needs. Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams. Ensure a smooth handoff post-sale to guarantee adoption, retention, and long-term success. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in SaaS . Proven track record in B2B sales with quota responsibility . Strong experience managing the full sales cycle . Proficiency using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Experience selling to decision-makers and stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly results-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
