Today, they are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager (Director level) who can operate at the intersection of business strategy, digital transformation, and executive leadership . - Your Impact As IT BRM Director , you will be a strategic partner to senior business leaders , shaping technology investments that directly impact patient care and business performance. This is a highly visible role with influence at the executive table. You will: Act as the primary IT interface with executive and senior business leaders , participating in strategic and investment decisions. Identify, prioritize, and lead technology initiatives aligned with business objectives. Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and change management . Translate complex business needs into scalable, value-driven technology solutions . Define and track KPIs and value metrics to measure business impact. Partner with global IT teams, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful execution. Support project delivery, remove roadblocks, and enable organizational adoption. - What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field . 5+ years of progressive experience in technology-enabled business roles (BRM, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation). Proven track record managing technology innovation and transformation projects . Strong ability to bridge business and technology , influencing senior stakeholders. Experience reporting to global leadership and working with enterprise reporting tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence .
