A minimum B2 English level. Proven success in achieving personal and team sales goals. Experience in high-volume calling and customer-facing roles. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and data. Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs. Experience with or similar CRM. Willingness to commute to our site in Mexico City. You Will: Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client, focusing on achieving revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services and exploring upsell opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Develop mastery in product knowledge and technical understanding to address client requirements effectively. Initiate solutions for customer concerns or roadblocks affecting satisfaction or product usage. Navigate competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win new customers. Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email daily, with the majority being outbound communication. Collaborate with your team and management to deliver a professional customer experience. Maintain the CRM system to ensure all relevant data is accurately captured. Undertake various sales activities, including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, acting as the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.
