The Opportunity We are supporting the Mexico market entry of a fast-growing global personal care brand with a strong track record in international markets. This is a ground-floor commercial role for someone who wants real ownership, not account maintenance. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand enters and scales in Mexico retail. If you enjoy building, not inheriting, this role is designed for you. What You’ll Own Own and grow key Mexico retail accounts (specialty / mass-premium focus) Lead forecasting, promotional planning, and account execution Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and global teams Support new SKU launches and distribution expansion Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Account Management Background in personal care, skincare, beauty, or FMCG Experience working with Mexico. retailers (e.g., specialty or mass-premium) Comfortable owning numbers, planning, and execution Builder mindset - adaptable, practical, and execution-focused Why This Role Is Different Early-stage Mexico market entry - your work directly shapes how the business grows Broad scope and real accountability from day one Opportunity to scale with the brand as Mexico operations expand Global exposure with local decision-making autonomy Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive compensation package aligned with Mexico market benchmarks , including base salary and performance-based incentives.
