We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel – LATAM North As Legal Counsel, you will support business operations across LATAM North by leading key commercial contracting processes, supporting corporate governance matters, and coordinating legal risk management in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Mission: Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements (services, supply, distribution, NDAs, credit agreements). Provide corporate secretarial support for LATAM entities (shareholders/board matters, POAs, restructuring). Coordinate litigation matters with external counsel. Handle government/regulatory requests, audits and inquiries. Support the annual compliance plan execution and risk mitigation actions. Who are we looking for? Must-have (Indispensable): 3–5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law. Strong legal generalist profile with focus in corporate matters. Advanced English. Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders. Desirable: Experience outside Mexico and/or in a recognized law firm. Knowledge of Legal CLM tools.
