Spare Parts Business Specialist Location: Mexico City – Polanco Experience Level: Junior (1–2 years) On - Site Role About the Role BYD is looking for a Spare Parts Business Specialist to support the commercial and operational development of our aftersales parts business. This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in automotive aftersales, dealer network support, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing EV organization. Key Responsibilities Support the definition and execution of spare parts sales strategies , including sales plans, margins, and parts mix. Assist in the implementation of service packages and aftersales commercial initiatives. Support customer retention and loyalty programs , promoting the use of genuine BYD spare parts. Collaborate in the development and support of the dealer network , including: National aftersales campaigns Point-of-purchase (POP) materials Digital catalogs and sales tools Perform data planning and analysis , monitoring key KPIs such as: Support theft prevention and control initiatives , including follow-up of stolen parts programs and policy compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field . Maximum 1–2 years of experience in: Automotive spare parts Aftersales operations Dealer network support Automotive marketing or commercial roles Basic to intermediate knowledge of dealer operations is a plus.
