As a Senior Scientist, you will independently lead medium‑sized technical projects, develop scientific capabilities, and drive innovation that supports winning fragrance solutions. You will act as a key bridge between technology development, perfumery, and customer‑focused teams. This role is ideal for an experienced scientist ready to take on greater ownership, influence technical strategy, and mentor junior team members. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead the design and execution of complex experiments and technical studies. Drive problem‑solving initiatives to advance new fragrance technologies. Guide project workstreams, ensuring scientific rigor and timely delivery. Collaborate with global and regional partners across R&D, Perfumery, and Marketing. Translate consumer and customer needs into clear technical insights and solutions. Develop formulations, applications, or sensory methodologies that elevate technology performance. Generate, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders at multiple levels. Contribute to IP development through literature reviews, patent evaluations, and innovation mapping. Mentor junior scientists and help strengthen scientific capabilities within the team. What Makes You the Right Fit MSc with ~7+ years of experience, or PhD with ~4+ years in a relevant scientific field. Proven track record in technical problem‑solving and experimental design. Demonstrated experience leading scientific or cross‑functional projects. Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders. Skilled in navigating dynamic, fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments. High level of scientific curiosity, rigor, and ownership. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. How You Would Stand Out? Experience in fragrance technologies, formulation, or sensory science.
