We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused individual with 1-3 years of experience, ideally within a call center environment, to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our voice-based AI solutions. This role will involve a significant focus (approx 80% of the time) on supporting the development and testing of our AI bots, ensuring they sound natural and accurately follow scripts. The remaining time (around 20%) will involve contributing directly to voice recordings and improving the naturalness of our outsourced voice talent. While strong AI hard skills are not a primary requirement, a keen ear for voice quality and a background in quality assurance are essential . Key Responsibilities: Carefully listen to and assess the AI bot's voice to ensure it follows scripts accurately and sounds natural, with the right tone and emotion. This will be a big part of your day. Perform thorough checks on how the AI bot interacts, making sure it meets our quality standards and pointing out areas for improvement. Provide feedback and guidance to our external voice actors to help their recordings sound more natural and engaging. Work closely with Product Delivery to share your feedback on the bot's voice and overall performance. Complete your testing and evaluation tasks on time. Depending on the team's needs, you might help manage and give basic direction to external voice actors. Occasiona lly, you might record your own voice for testing and development purposes. Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in a call center environment, understanding call flow and customer interactions. Experience supporting scripts or evaluating voice quality. Strong attention to detail and a keen ear for nuances in voice and language. Excellent communication and feedback skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: Familiarity with basic NLP/LLM concepts. Previous experience in collection or telemarketing (at least 1 year), which can provide valuable insight into natural conversational flow and customer interaction. A Big Plus Linguistic or computer science background. Project experience related to LLM.
