Title: Senior Project Manager Shift Timing: Full-time, Monday–Friday Mexico City (CST): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site) Experience: 5+ years (demonstrable) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, structured, and execution-focused Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from early discovery through implementation. You will drive clarity, alignment, and delivery across stakeholders, ensuring projects ship on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. Near-native English communication is essential. What You’ll Do Project Discovery & Definition: Lead discovery workshops to clarify problem statements, goals, requirements, constraints, risks, and success metrics. Translate business needs into clear project charters, scope documents, and delivery plans. Project Planning: Build detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, timelines, and critical paths. Establish project governance, cadences, and documentation standards. Project Management & Execution: Own day-to-day delivery: track progress, manage scope changes, remove blockers, and escalate risks early. Coordinate teams across functions to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. Implementation & Rollout: Drive implementation readiness (UAT coordination, launch plans, training/support handoffs). Ensure post-launch stabilization and capture learnings for continuous improvement. Reporting & Communication: Create clear status reporting (dashboards, weekly updates, KPI tracking) with strong attention to detail. Maintain structured documentation and ensure decisions and changes are recorded. Required Skills: 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Project Manager (or Senior PM) delivering complex initiatives end-to-end. Strong capacity in project discovery, planning, management, and execution/implementation . Exceptionally organized, structured thinker with high ownership and follow-through. Perfect English (near-native written and spoken) for stakeholder management and documentation. Advanced Excel proficiency (tracking, reporting, structured data management; pivot tables/VLOOKUP-level skills). Excellent stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and written communication. Nice to have: SQL experience (querying/validating data, basic analysis).
