Responsibilities: · Support comprehensive Human Capital transformation client’s projects, from visioning and target operating model development to future state validation, deployment, and evolution · Document the current state, conduct benchmarking analysis, and develop business cases and roadmaps. This includes functional process modeling, technology architecture design, governance structure & reporting design, organizational structure & service delivery models (Shared Services Center/Global Business Services design and transition) · Participate in system integration support including requirements gathering, writing functional design documentation, configuring and testing applications, and developing and testing reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms and workflows · Conduct stakeholder analysis, develop communication strategies, execute end-user training, and support program management activities · Contribute to business development efforts, including go-to-market activities, proposal writing, and thought leadership, as well as participating in training and local office initiatives. Qualifications: · A Minimum of three years of consulting or relevant industry experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience interacting with clients · A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance and/or Engineering from an accredited college or university · Active collaboration in the design and implementation of Workday Human Capital modules. · Preferably, certified in Workday applications. · Experience in some key human capital processes such workforce planning, talent acquisition (recruitment and selection), payroll, time management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, talent management, workforce analytics and reporting, among others. · Strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication and analytical skills; able to work independently and manage multiple assignments with strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Proven track record of working with global organizations · High level of fluency in English, both written and verbal And because we know that thriving at work also means thriving in life, we back this mindset with KTSAMÁS , our total rewards program, designed to support your well-being, goals, and personal milestones.
