Job Title

Responsible for developing and tracking business plan results and supports monthly business plan review. Leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with related functions for smooth / efficient execution. Optimizes business management process, conducts business analytics, drives smart transition to increase profitability Responsabilities: Manage and track performance for the Multi Billion $ ISG (infraestructur Solution Group) ESMB Organization. Design and implement new BMS to monitor performance and align with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage key projects and initiatives. Provide recommendations to improve Financial and Operational performance. Drive the development of tools to optimize end to end business execution and performance tracking. Identify and lead projects to reduce cost, minimize inventory and increase profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in product/project management or software development. (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with back-end support processes. Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and create innovative solutions. Effective communication skills with with cross-functional teams, Solid project management, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills. Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members.
