RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Key Account Manager in our Irapuato, Mexico facility! Your Job The Key Account Manager is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can work independently, think creatively, and build meaningful relationships to manage and grow any of our customer accounts long-term. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term customer value. What you Will do in Your Role Develop deep relationships with the Key decision makers at the customer in purchasing / engineering departments Work with the customer to understand vehicle pipeline / sourcing cadence for new opportunity’s Secure new opportunities with the customer that align to drive the highest value proposition for RESRG Automotive Manage/Negotiate the current book of OEM parts & develop plans to improve profitability Manage / Improve / Negotiate current production part account profitability through specific customer P&L management Manage the customer Engineering Change process for current production or awarded programs Support RESRG Automotive manufacturing plants, Finance and Quality departments in their customer relationship Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven hunter mindset with a track record of driving new business growth Experience in the automotive industry OEM experience preferrable VW and Nissan Strong background in new customer acquisition and pipeline development Ability to build and manage senior level customer relationships Skilled in commercial negotiations at multiple customer levels Experience with budgeting, profitability, and P&L impact Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English What Will Put You Ahead Experience working in a global environment Motivated to work with a remote team About the Company We are a fast-growing B2B company with a strong internal culture that values respect for others, diversity, serving a greater purpose, and passionate creativity.
