SUMMARY At Kids2, we're dedicated to driving sales through strategic data analysis and best-in-class demand planning. Our team is focused on providing actionable insights to support our Account Teams and ensure optimal performance across our businesses within the Kids2 portfolios. As a Sales Analyst, Demand & Sales Analytics, you'll be instrumental in shaping data-driven selling stories and leading demand planning efforts to enhance sales performance and minimize service interruptions. Fluent in Spanish and English, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive sales reporting and data analytics to empower our Account Teams in making informed decisions and measuring success effectively. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Data-Driven Insights: Frame up compelling data-driven narratives to support sales strategies and initiatives, leveraging key insights to drive growth and profitability. Demand Planning Leadership : Lead demand planning efforts to anticipate market demands, minimize service disruptions, and optimize inventory management. Sales Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports on sales trends, including point-of-sale data and customer inventory metrics, to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Business Planning and Guidance: Maintain the account business plan and provide forecast and planning guidance to sales and demand teams based on the latest data and customer intelligence. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in sales analytics/demand planning. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think analytically and solve problems creatively. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI). EDUCATION & SKILLS 4-year college degree in business, operations, engineering, economics, or related field. Retail Link, Partners Online and other retailer portals experience a plus High level of organization and detail-orientation Plans and manages effectively. Focuses on the customer. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Service oriented Learning agility CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required. COMPUTER/TYPING SKILLS Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; have flexible use of hands; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and color vision. WORK ENVIRONMENT General office environment. This hybrid role is in our Santa Fe office at least 3-days a week.
