Sales Manager - Mexico CityArea Sales Manager – Mexico Location: Mexico Role Overview We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to develop and grow our business across the Mexican pharmaceutical market, delivering engineered packaging solutions to regulated manufacturing environments. This is a senior individual contributor role for a results-focused B2B sales professional with experience selling technical or solutions-based products. Reporting to the international Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building new customer relationships, expanding key accounts, and executing sales strategies nationwide. The role represents an organization with strong Irish engineering and manufacturing heritage, supporting south American pharmaceutical customers with high-quality, compliant packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth across Mexico's pharmaceutical sector Sell engineered packaging solutions into regulated life-sciences environment Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with target account Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business Deliver a consultative, solutions-led sales approach aligned with customer technical and compliance need Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations with technical and executive stakeholder Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM and market intelligence Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory reporting Monitor market trends and competitive activity within Mexico's pharmaceutical packaging sector Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in technical or engineered solution Experience selling into pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred Background in packaging, engineering, automation, hardware, or industrial products a pl Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent professional experience Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to engage effectively with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholder Highly self-motivated with strong territory and time-management skills Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
