Job Title

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our global network team , supporting both on-site and remote operations across multiple regions. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in a rotational on-call service to support mission-critical network operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate within a global network operations team , supporting on-site and remote responsibilities. Ensure high availability and stability of network services (switching, routing, WLAN, security, cloud). Participate in rotational on-call duty and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner. Monitor network performance and availability, including baselining and proactive issue detection . Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures . Provide network expertise to cross-functional projects and initiatives . Plan, design, and implement voice and data communication networks aligned with business requirements. Evaluate, test, and integrate new network technologies into existing infrastructure. Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standards . Define and implement processes to ensure network configuration conformity . Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Engineering , or related field. (In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience will be considered.) 3–5 years of experience in network operations. Fluent English and Spanish , with strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of: Network protocols Routing & Switching Network Security SD-WAN VoIP QoS firewalls
