The main missions of the role are: o Process control o Daily operation meeting. o Rapid Response meeting Leader (Line Pull/ Warranty/ KATA QRQCI/ PDI/Process/ NC detected in process audit/ Final Inspection, if is needed) o Daily TOP 5 meeting with GAP and Management. o Analysis and solution of Quality problems. o Daily review of internal Quality level. o Daily review of Efficiency and Productivity per Plant. o Proposal of weekly production schedule (sequence). o Daily review of compliance to shipment. o Daily Kata. o Set Up / 4M. o OK FIRST PART (Set up/ Puesta a Punto). o Risk assessment. o Line Patrol. o Daily 8QB review. o 5S Leader.Faurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
