Recruitment Partner Early Careers - Fixed term 7 months PURPOSE In this role, you will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment process and partnering closely with HR, business, and recruiting colleagues across Latin America (Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Panama) to identify, qualify, and attract the best talent for our early‑careers programs (interns, trainees, and similar). You will manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer—delivering an exceptional candidate experience and recruitment service. Your business acumen, passion for recruiting, and commitment to innovative thinking are core skills needed in this role. You will work with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and act as an expert partner to HR and hiring teams throughout the region, maintaining an “always on” approach and utilizing proactive outreach to both active and passive candidates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the entire recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, screening, interview strategy, and offer management, while continuously improving processes. Leverage advertising resources and candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional, and global awareness and attract qualified applicants for early‑career programs. Utilize internal and external databases, universities, research, job fairs, and social channels to identify prospective candidates and invite them to apply, including cold‑calling prospects. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, followed by in‑depth interviews evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build, engage, and maintain pre‑qualified and prospective candidate pools, and collaborate with sourcing colleagues to share candidates and jobs. Identify new candidate pools and leverage additional resources such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking to proactively reach passive talent. Guide hiring teams throughout the process and update them on status. Advocate for and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy. Conduct weekly check‑ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. Own responsibility for candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring high‑quality standards. Use knowledge of the adidas brand and Group offerings to market adidas as an Employer of Choice. Lead additional recruitment initiatives and participate in strategic planning meetings with functional leaders and key business partners. Conduct quarterly review meetings with business leaders to provide an overview of recruiting achievements and improvement opportunities. Utilize recruitment systems effectively, document key actions, recommend improvements, and ensure accurate reporting. Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) and support global initiatives within your function or market. IDEAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of 4‑6 years’ experience in international/global recruiting, leading mandates at all levels through a broad range of sourcing channels. Demonstrated track record of driving end‑to‑end, holistic recruitment for early‑career programs. Experience as a people manager, leading teams to create a high‑performing environment. Preferred experience working with Colombia SENA mandatory quota and Brazil mandatory interns quota. Experience in a large, international/global matrix company. Experience in offer negotiation, local legislation, and employment market/compensation trends. International experience across multiple geographies. Knowledgeable about managing diversity & inclusion from a talent acquisition perspective. Business or related studies. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
