Work Type Work From Home Workstation provided by the company What Youll Do Provide outstanding customer support via inbound phone calls Assist customers with orders, billing, returns, and general inquiries Build strong knowledge of Retail products, services, and policies Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically to ensure customer satisfaction What Were Looking For English level: B2+ or C1 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service Tech skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Profile: Proactive, self-motivated, sharp, and customer-oriented Requirements: Mexican ID & High School Diploma (or equivalent) What We Offer Base salary: $14,000 MXN/month WFH bonus: $1,000 MXN/month Performance bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations) Paid training: Up to 5 weeks (MonFri, 9:00 AM6:00 PM, TBC) Law benefits + Major Medical Insurance (after 90 days) Career growth & an amazing work environment
