This role is ideal for someone who has experience in medical sales for both equipment and consumables.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell medical equipment, devices, and consumables to doctors, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and procurement teams.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and provide training to healthcare staff on proper usage and benefits.Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to management on market trends.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and strategic sales planning.Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM systems.Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing, Sales or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in medical equipment, devices, or consumables.Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including hospital procurement processes and physician preferences.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative selling approach.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary packageOpportunities for career growthSupportive and collaborative work environmentGovernment MandatedAbout Us:HMD Hermada HR Solutions Corporation is a premier Talent Acquisition firm connecting businesses with top talent across industries.
