We are looking to hire a Lean Process Automation Specialist to join our Shared Services(GSSO) Finance team in Monterrey NL. What you can look forward to as Senior Business Process Automation Specialist: Analyze business processes and propose improvement initiatives in the finance department.Collaborate closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities. Provide consulting and technical support to all five GSSO regions (Poland, China, India, Mexico, Brazil).Contribute to strategic projects improving team efficiency and working conditions, collaborates with teams outside GSSO on those initiatives.Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation solutions.Build automation tools using technologies such as Visual Basic for Applications (Excel macros) and PowerApps.Support the leadership of the Lean Service initiative to identify further improvement areas and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
