General Manager Hospitality This full‑time on‑site role is based in the Ensenada area. The General Manager of Hospitality will oversee daily operations and staff management to ensure excellent guest experiences and smooth functioning of the establishment. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a high‑performance culture. The role also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing operational performance, and implementing improvements where necessary.
