Start your future with BorgWarner now!Job purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for“dynamic, results driven ” individual to join as aProcess TechnicianIn this role, the main responsibilities include ensuring the efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through the monitoring, adjustment, standardization, and optimization of production methods, while guaranteeing compliance with the organization’s quality, safety, and productivity standards.This position contributes to the plant’s operational efficiency by controlling, validating, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure process stability.Key responsibilities Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and downtime Provide technical support to production lines Adjust process parameters to ensure product quality Coordinate process capability tests (Cp, Cpk, MSA). Support process validations and pilot runs Prepare and update work instructions, process sheets, and technical documentation Provide technical support to production in cases of failures or process deviations Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Monitor performance indicators (scrap, efficiency, cycle time) Coordinate engineering changes and releases on the production floor Participate in root cause analyses (5 Whys, Ishikawa) What we’re looking for EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Schooling : Incomplete degree or technical degree in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related Experience Time in similar position : 3 to 4 years in manufacturing processes or technical support on the production floor.
