Industrial Engineering Methods KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, Achieve production capacity (setting product working hours , Determining and evaluating product production and capacity) Introduction of NPI processes and new products for mass production, including design improvement, DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products. Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production. Deliver Improvement and innovation of processes to enhance the automation level of production lines Design of Work Instruction Files (WI) and Process Flow Chart Files Continuous improvemen t using the Lean method to improve the production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product, propose and take preventive improvement measures Design and improve fixtures to facilitate the operator's operation, improve production efficiency and product quality. Provide product quotation services for customers Use and set up VTS, I4, and cooperative tools related to the supported areas. 1. At least 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering methods. 2. Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) 3. Desirable large box build assembly experience 4. Industrial engineering, mechanical, or electronic engineering, and related majors 5.
