We are hiring a high-performance Appointment Setter / ISA to handle outbound and inbound seller calls, qualify leads, and book appointments for the acquisitions team. This is a phone-heavy, KPI-driven sales role . The right candidate is confident on the phone, disciplined, coachable, and motivated by performance. You will be responsible for high daily call volume , strong talk time, and consistent appointment-setting results. Qualify sellers based on motivation, timeline, and property details Set a minimum of 3 seller appointments per week Book appointments accurately for the acquisitions team Attend daily team meetings and trainings Track performance metrics and KPIs consistently Follow reporting processes and internal SOPs Read and follow scripts while sounding natural and confident Adapt conversations based on seller responses Stay disciplined, consistent, and focused throughout the day ✔️ Strong English with a neutral or near-neutral accent (critical) ✔️ Prior sales experience (real estate experience is a strong plus, not mandatory) ✔️ Comfortable with high call volume & strict KPIs ⭐ Strong Plus (Nice to Have) Experience as an ISA, Appointment Setter, or Sales Rep in Real Estate Spanish fluency (preferred but not required) Experience in wholesaling, brokerage, or REI sales environments This role is for someone who: Wants a long-term career , not a short-term gig Is motivated by performance and bonuses Accepts coaching and feedback Shows up consistently and brings energy every day This role is not for someone who: Avoids phone-heavy roles Struggles with structure or discipline Read CAREFULLY Application Steps: 1.
