Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Follow-Up Specialist to support our sales and admissions efforts by following up with inbound leads and coordinating tours with our assisted living communities. This role is focused on timely, empathetic, and well-documented communication with prospective residents and their families, many of whom are navigating sensitive healthcare-related decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of follow-up through phone, email, and text.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with inbound leads generated through the CRM and other channels Contact prospects via phone calls, emails, and text messages to provide information and guide next steps Schedule and coordinate community tours with branch teams Accurately document all interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM (VIA) Maintain organized and up-to-date lead records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Ensure timely follow-up and adherence to internal service level expectations Communicate professionally and empathetically with families considering assisted living options Collaborate closely with sales and admissions teams to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent experience Identify and escalate any issues or questions that require additional support RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written) Experience working with US-based clients or customers Previous experience in lead follow-up, inside sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role Hands-on experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms); experience with proprietary CRMs is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy Comfortable handling frequent phone-based interactions Preferred Qualifications Experience scheduling appointments, tours, or consultations Background in service-oriented or customer-centric environments Familiarity with text-based customer outreach toolsBenefits Christmas Bonus : 30 days, to be paid in December.
