Job Description

Field Sales Intmd Officer The Field Sales Intmd Officer is an intermediate position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve all monthly and annual new asset referral targetsInteract with managers and directors to ensure ongoing communication regarding existing and future client needsDevelop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that are aligned to sales goals and support sales service activitiesInclude legal, corporate, and regulatory considerations in all activitiesEnsure adherence to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure safety and security of client and bank assetsMonitor improvement of quality of investment consultant activities, including sales targets, referral targets, strict adherence towards compliance, and branch huddlesResolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficientlyAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications2-5 years of relevant experienceRequired licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 24 or 9/10Ability to communicate with all levels of managementExtensive knowledge of financial and securities industry regulationsAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsEffective problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducationBachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceEl Coordinador de Seguros El Coordinador de Seguros tiene como objetivo asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales de seguros en el Distrito mediante la capacitación, acompañamiento, supervisión y seguimiento operativo de ejecutivos y equipos en sucursal. Es responsable de fortalecer las capacidades comerciales del personal, impulsar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de venta, garantizar el conocimiento y ofrecimiento adecuado de los productos, y dar visibilidad oportuna del avance a la Gerencia de Sucursal y Dirección Distrital. Asimismo, promueve la mejora continua a través de visitas periódicas, sesiones de evaluación, establecimiento de compromisos y la integración de buenas prácticas comerciales.Requisitos3 años de experiencia en manejo de sucursales en el área comercial y en la institución.Facilidad para comunicar estrategias y objetivos.Manejo de planes de trabajo y los avances correspondientes.Facilidad de Coaching individual y de grupo.Modelaje en atención al cliente.Elaboración y envío de reportes.Manejo de Excel.Capacidad para dar seguimiento a acuerdos.Disponibilidad para viajar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
