Your Job We are looking for an HR Generalist responsible for the daily operation of the Human Resources area, with a focus on benefits administration, vendor management, HR systems updates, and audit compliance. You will be the operational point of contact for payroll processes, vendor-related billing and audits, and provide general HR support. Our Team You will join the Human Resources team and work closely with administrative areas that support HR. We seek an organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks with an internal service orientation to keep HR operations efficient. What You Will Do Administer benefits and follow up with vendors (savings fund, grocery/food vouchers, major medical insurance (SGMM), life insurance). Maintain and update HR systems and payroll data, including reconciliations and change control. Manage internal communications related to personnel matters and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner. Review invoices, coordinate payments, and follow up on reconciliations with HR vendors. Prepare and organize documentation required for audits (tax authority/SAT, immigration authorities, IMSS, and others). Provide general HR support for trainings, reports, paperwork (onboarding/offboarding), and other HR-related administrative tasks. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative areas, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Operational roles in Human Resources, benefits administration, or coordination with vendors. Knowledge: Experience with HRIS is a plus. Languages: Advanced English. Competencies: Strong organization, attention to detail, effective communication, priority management, and commitment to continuous process improvement. What Will Put You Ahead Practical experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, or others). Additional training or certification in Benefits Management.
