With over 30 years of experience, we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality products that improve health and well-being around the world.Joining Suanfarma means becoming part of a diverse, international, and collaborative environment, where people are empowered to take ownership and make an impact.Duties:- Support the KAM in their commercial activities including customer visits and meeting preparation. - Summarize and monitor action items following customer meetings. - Coordinate internally to meet customer deadlines and response time. - Utilize and keep SalesForce up-dated to ensure timely customer management and follow up - Process KAM's POs and ensure correct handover to operations. - Strategically increase our win rate turning tail accounts into Rising Stars. - Prepare, present and ensure yearly sales performance. - Develop and grow the project pipeline for future growth. - Coordinate with Strategic planning and R&D to market relevant sales campaigns and product focus. - Adhere to the financial guidelines and policies of the company including DSO/DPO/DIO and debt monitoring. - Carry out your daily activities following the Commercial Playbook. - Coordinate and leverage collaboration between internal departments to ensure correct and timely customer service and response for both SS's and KAM's designated customers. - Collaborate with internal functions to comply with both internal and external guidelines. - Educate yourself about the pharmaceutical industry and Suanfarma's value proposition to our customers.Requirements:- Between 3 and 5 years of experience. - Experience in the Guadalajara market and surrounding areas. - Technical background: Chemistry background and laboratory experience (highly valued). - High level of English is a must.Why Join Suanfarma?:- A global organization with a strong market position. - An international, collaborative, and inclusive culture. - Opportunities to make a real impact and grow professionally. - A role with visibility and cross-functional interaction.If you're ready for a new challenge and have the experience described above, apply for the position or send me your CV at anaizquierdo@
