Supply Chain Security Coordinator page is loaded## Supply Chain Security Coordinatorlocations: Las Fuentes, 32437 Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua Mexico 32437time type: Full timeposted on: 今天刊登job requisition id: REQ/_ *尖端寬頻無線通訊的領導者 邀請您加入共創無限的啟碁。***工作內容說明****Main Responsibilities*** Coordinate and maintain supply chain security programs (OEA & CTPAT).* Ensure compliance with international trade security regulations and customer security requirements.* Conduct supplier, carrier, and logistics partner security assessments and validation activities.* Monitor security risks across transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations and implement mitigation plans.* Support investigations and corrective actions related to security incidents, cargo theft, or non-compliance.* Integrate supply chain security requirements into the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001).* Develop, update, and maintain controlled procedures, work instructions, and records related to security and compliance.* Lead or support internal audits, supplier audits, and third-party audits related to security and trade compliance.* Track non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Ensure document control and record retention in accordance with regulations.* Perform risk assessments related to supply chain security, supplier reliability, and logistics activities.* Develop an internal risk assessment program to qualify and quantify the risks associated with detected issues.* Analyze trends in audit findings, incidents, and KPIs to recommend process improvements.* Support cross-functional teams in implementing preventive controls and standardization initiatives.* Promote a culture of security awareness, compliance, and quality across the supply chain.* Develop and deliver training related to supply chain security, QMS procedures, and regulatory compliance.* Act as a point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external authorities regarding security and quality matters.* Support onboarding and periodic re-training for employees and key supply chain partners.* Prepare security reports, dashboards, and management review inputs.* Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for authorities.* Support management reviews and business continuity planning activities related to supply chain security.**Job Profile*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Quality, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 3–5 years of experience in supply chain security, trade compliance, quality management systems, or logistics operations.* Working knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001 preferred; ISO 28000 or similar a plus).* Familiarity with supply chain security programs such as OEA, CTPAT, or comparable frameworks.* Experience with audits, corrective action management, and process documentation.* Preferred Qualifications + Certification in supply chain, quality, or security (e.g., ASQ, CCP, CTPAT certification training, ISO Internal Auditor). + Experience in import/export, international logistics, or regulated industries. + Background in risk management, business continuity, or supplier quality management. + Experience working with ERP, QMS, or document control systems.* **Key Skills & Competencies** + Strong analytical and risk assessment skills + Attention to detail and documentation accuracy + Knowledge of global trade and supply chain operations + Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration + Audit readiness and regulatory mindset + Continuous improvement and problem-solving orientation* **Working Conditions** + Primarily office-based with occasional travel to suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners. + Interaction with customs authorities, auditors, customers, and internal stakeholders.**教育程度****工作經驗****語言****技能**(General Shipping and Receiving) Export Declarations, (General Shipping and Receiving) Import/Export Regulatory Compliance, (General Shipping and Receiving) Order Fulfillment, (General Shipping and Receiving) Package Tracking, (Logistics) Freight Forwarding, (Procurement) Direct Imports, (Procurement) International Purchasing, (Quality Assurance and Control) Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), (Quality Assurance and Control) Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA), (Quality Assurance and Control) Quality Management Systems, (Regulation and Legal Compliance) Compliance Auditing, (Regulation and Legal Compliance) Customs Law, (Regulation and Legal Compliance) Export Administration Regulations, (Supplier Management) Supplier Evaluation, (Supply Chain Management) Demand Forecasting, (Supply Chain Management) Material Flow Analysis, (Supply Chain Management) Materials Management Information Systems, (Supply Chain Management) SAP Material Management, (Supply Chain Management) Supply Chain#J-18808-Ljbffr
