This role is responsible for verifying eligibility, coordinating authorizations, maintaining accurate records, and scheduling the Initial IRP. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple admissions while ensuring compliance with organizational and payor requirements.Key Responsibilities:Receive and process referrals from email, website, fax, and phone.Contact peers to initiate the admissions process and collect required information.Create and maintain accurate records in the EMR and CRM systems.Verify eligibility, diagnoses, and insurance coverage.Obtain and track required authorizations and documentation.Complete peer profiles and maintain admission documentation.Schedule the Initial IRP with the assigned specialist.Coordinate handoff to the clinical team once admission requirements are met.Ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit‑ready.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.Professional communication and coordination skills.Experience with insurance verification, authorizations, or healthcare admissions preferred.Experience with EMR/CRM systems preferred.MUST be able to speak Spanish and English fluently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
