Position Summary We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our operations team in achieving excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is key to integrating new product development into production, driving productivity improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Production Manager will inspire and guide supervisors, technical staff, and production team members to deliver world-class results while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in business or engineering. Experience in welding, paint, and/or assembly operations. Lean and/or Six Sigma certification. Proven ability to build cultures of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business. 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing management, including lean methods, engineering, and supervision. Demonstrated leadership with strong technical knowledge and strategic thinking. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Position Overview The Production Manager will oversee production activities to meet corporate objectives, manage departmental budgets, and implement efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include coaching supervisors and technical staff, coordinating with supply chain and purchasing teams, and ensuring smooth product launches. This position requires a strong manufacturing background, leadership in lean practices, and the ability to drive operational excellence in both office and manufacturing environments, with occasional travel required.
