Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION : Provide the necessary support to the plants to guarantee regulatory compliance in foreign trade operations through analysis, validation and monitoring of customs processes for the correct import and export of goods, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation and cost optimization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise the control of the temporarily imported fixed asset, ensuring that the plants have the documentation that proves the legal stay in the country and within the company. Supervise effective communication with customs brokers to follow the import and export procedure as required by the authority. Supervise the control of the ZOE system (annex 24) or any that applies, keep the system updated with the daily operation. Supervise the implementation of the annex 24 system during the same, ensuring that the information is collected in a timely manner. Responsible for training the use of the ZOE system Annex 24. Supervise and coordinate, follow up on rectifications, clarifications and regularization of pedimentos. Coordinate and supervise the registration of documents, keeping the electronic and physical file of customs files updated in accordance with current legislation. Generate and manage permits, certifications and non-tariff regulations (annual report, eighth rules, security matrix, NOMs, CIVA). PROFILE: Bachelor's/Master's Degree Management, Foreign Trade, Accounting or related field; Experience: Minimum 4 years in foreign trade operations in IMMEX companies. HARD SKILLS: Management of computer programs (MS Office). Import and export knowledge. Revision of Pediments. Knowledge in annex 31, annex 22 (Pedimentos) and annex 24 (Inventory Control System). Knowledge of Customs laws and their regulations. Knowledge of the ZOE System. Handling of Customs Brokers and Carriers. Knowledge of INCOTERMS, IMMEX Program and PROSEC. Analytical Capacity. Knowledge of 8th Rules and Free Trade Agreements. Intermediate level in English (spoken and written).
