You will drive performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the development of your team in alignment with CHEP's values and operational goals. ** YOUR MISSION ** – WHAT WILL YOU DO? **Lead and supervise daily operations within the plant or warehouse.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to meet production targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, safety, and team performance.Promote CHEP's values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion in all team activities.Managing the stocks to the agreed levels together with the planning department.Control the costs by controlling expenses, materials, equipment and energy consumption.** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.Strong understanding of operational processes and safety standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
