Position: Inclusion, Diversity and Equity OfficerDuration: 5 month contract with the possibility for extensionLocation: Arnhem, NetherlandsAirswift is currently recruiting for an experienced Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Officer on behalf of a leading European energy infrastructure organisation. This is a hybrid role based in Arnhem, the Netherlands, offering the opportunity to shape and implement impactful IDE strategies within a dynamic and future-focused environment.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the organisation's IDE roadmap, embedding inclusive practices across business units, supporting legal compliance efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Communications, HR, and Learning & Development. Core Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on IDE experience in a multinational corporate setting.Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and lead IDE strategies aligned with corporate goals.Proven experience in organizational change, especially in embedding inclusion and equity across business functions.Bachelor's degree (HBO level) required; a relevant Master’s or specialization in IDE, social sciences, organizational psychology, or HR is a plus.Key Skills & Experience:Leadership & Influence:Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and executive boards.Able to drive alignment across departments and hierarchies.Serves as an internal advisor and watchdog for IDE compliance and integrity.Program & Project Management:Capable of managing and coordinating cross-functional IDE projects.Skilled in creating and tracking KPIs and legal compliance metrics.Legal & Policy Acumen:Strong understanding of Dutch, German, and EU inclusion legislation.Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting on IDE metrics.Learning & Development:Able to design and embed IDE content into corporate training programs.Familiar with leadership development from an IDE lens.Communications & Engagement:Experience developing inclusive communication strategies and events.Skilled in internal advocacy, newsletter writing, and organizing company-wide engagement initiatives.Personal Traits:Highly autonomous yet collaborative.Culturally competent, with international perspective and sensitivity to underrepresented communities.Fluent in Dutch and English; German proficiency is a strong asset.Data-driven, practical, and execution-oriented
