The Role in a Nutshell Youll be the Lead Supplier Quality Engineer , taking charge of supplier assessments, quality performance, and process improvements in a high-tech manufacturing environment. From defining quality requirements to ensuring suppliers meet industry standards , youll be a key player in making supplier quality a strength, not a struggle. What Youll Need to Succeed: Experience in supplier quality within electronics, or similar high-tech industries . Expertise in quality management frameworks, audits, and supplier development . Strong skills in problem-solving methodologies (think root cause analysis, PPAP, FMEA, SPC). The ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate across all levels, internally and externally. Travel & Flexibility This role involves regular travel to suppliers and contract manufacturers (expenses covered), so youll need to be comfortable with that level of mobility.
