Microsoft 365 Migration Lead - Drive a Major Cloud Transition Salary: Competitive | Location: Staffordshire (with flexibility) | Working Pattern: Flexible Ready to take ownership of a significant Microsoft 365 migration? Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking a hands-on M365 expert to lead the migration of their central Microsoft 365 environment (circa 350 users) into a streamlined new tenant. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly shape their future cloud infrastructure. What You''ll Achieve: Spearhead the end-to-end migration of all core M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Own the technical delivery: planning, configuration, execution, and support. Work directly in the M365 Admin Centre, managing users, licenses, policies, and security. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a smooth and well-communicated transition. Develop and implement a clear migration plan, prioritising data integrity and user experience. Create user-friendly guides and communications to support the business. Proactively manage risks and ensure successful delivery. Provide post-migration support and optimisation. What You''ll Bring: Proven success delivering full M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (300 users). Deep practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, M365 Admin, and Azure AD. Experience with M365 migration tools and methodologies. Hands-on skills in user management, policies, domain setup, and security within M365. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A self-driven, organised approach with a strong focus on delivery. Experience coordinating with various technical and business teams. Solid understanding of M365 data governance and best practices. Nice to Have: Experience in multi-entity environments or professional services. Why Join This Project?
