We are looking for an experienced and energetic assistant manager/supervisor to join our concession team at Selfridges London. This is an exciting and challenging environment within a store whose vision is to be the destination for the most extraordinary customer experience by surprising, amazing, and amusing their visitors and making everyone feel welcome. Requirements: Minimum of two years' experience in the luxury retail sector in London, ideally jewellery. Previous management experience is not essential but will helpDriven and passionate about building your career in retail.Ability to drive sales and lead by example to encourage the team to achieve company and host store sales targets Create a customer-centric culture by constantly reviewing our service proposition to exceed customers' expectations as we strive to be the market leaders. Assisting the manager with staff schedules to always ensure maximum floor coverage in line with core hours. Flexible around Selfridges store opening hoursConsistently meeting high standards of staff presentation are adhered to.Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Company and Host Store and ensure these are communicated effectively and understood and followed by the team. Assist the manager in the development of the team so that they can perform to their best ability. Impeccable spoken and written English, we welcome all other spoken languages. Immaculate and professional personal presentation. Provide an exceptional customer experience, utilising all methods of communication.
