The person would be responsible for all communication across all of their 45 serviced accommodation apartments across Birmingham.Knowledge & ExperiencePrevious experience in similar roleExcellent attention to detail and meeting deadlinesA good record of personal effectivenessCustomer driven with a drive for resultsPrevious People Management experience (desirable)Show respect for others and build relationshiDuties and Responsibilities:Responding to all guest messages across Airbnb & Checking people in and out of the onsite buildingSending guests late payment check out linksExtending guests stay upon requestHelping - supporting guest with any maintenance, directions, collection codes for keysLeaving Airbnb reviews for past guestsLogging any maintenance reported from guestsAccepting potential guests enquiries to stay on AirbnbFront of house at our serviced accommodation blockWorking hours - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pmAll members of staff are allowed free of charge to stay for two nights in the company's serviced accommodation which are dotted around Birmingham City Centre.
