All are welcomed, all are catered for, and all are cared for.Our SupervisorThe purpose of the role is to serve as a supervisor under the guidance of the Stove Management Team, overseeing the drinking and dining experiences at the Stove Bar and Restaurant, whilst ensuring the guests experience is the best it possibly can be. We are seeking an individual with prior experience as a Super-waiter, equipped with the skills and knowledge to transition into a managerial role. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in teaching, training, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include monitoring and addressing time management, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard, providing training to new and existing team members, managing stock levels, working independently to deliver standard operating procedures, overseeing various sections within the establishment, conducting team briefings, organising and delegating roles, managing the booking system (ResDiary), resolving guest issues, and completing cash up.
